Step aboard L’Archimède, our striking and unusual amphibious vessel, and live a one-of-a-kind experience.

Built to move from land to sea, she offers an original and playful way to discover the remains of Arromanches-les-Bains and the history of D-Day right up close to the famous caissons of the artificial harbour.

Her amphibious design makes boarding simple and quick, directly from the Cale Neptune slipway. On-board access is via a 2-step ramp with handrail — an original experience in the heart of Arromanches. For wheelchair access conditions, see the practical info.
