Booking and payment
Bookings may be made on the website, by phone, through a partner website or with Company sales staff. By booking, customers confirm that they have read and accepted the terms of sale. Online, phone and counter bookings are paid by bank card at the time of order. A confirmation email is sent after payment validation and serves as proof of purchase.
Customers must provide a valid email address and phone number, including the relevant country code, so that they can be contacted if the tour date or time changes.
Before boarding
Customers must arrive at the agreed meeting point at least 15 minutes before departure and present their printed or smartphone confirmation email if requested by Company staff. Seats are not numbered. Bicycles, scooters, bulky luggage, non-folding pushchairs and animals cannot be taken on board for practical space reasons.
Safety and conduct
Passengers must follow crew safety instructions at all times and remain seated while the amphibious boat moves on the foreshore and at sea. Alcohol consumption is forbidden throughout the tour. Passengers whose behaviour is inappropriate may be refused boarding without refund or postponement.
